How does the DIY bar work?

Our Do-It-Yourself Bar is the perfect way to save money and be in charge of what you serve at your event. You can mix up cocktails that are sure to make everyone happy, without breaking the bank! The DIY bar requires that you hire our exclusive bartending team to manage your bar and ensure your guests are served responsibly and safely. You will also obtain a Special Occasions Permit (SOP) from the LCBO and Party Alcohol Liability (PAL) Insurance.
